Anastasia is engaged to Hugh. Her life is stable, and orderly. Until the night she tried to save an albatross in a fancy gown and a handsome man in a boat end up assisting her. Oh, and that man happens to be her fiancé’s best friend who has been out of the country.
This is not a “cheating” story. This is a story about knowing yourself, and the history which has made you, and doing what is best for everyone. Great depth of character and confusion as what has been your reality suddenly changes. Emotional and entertaining.

Another of Tracy’s books that I just could not put down and another unexpected beginning to a great story. Tracy’s stories just cannot be anticipated. Many romances start in bars, at work, etc. Not Tracy’s. An albatross! Her stories include unexpected bits and pieces which fill out and complete her tales with realistic and engaging settings.
Being a straight forward person, I have a hard time relating in real life to people who just seem to make their own life more convoluted but Tracy creates engaging characters who are intriguing and captivating.
I really didn't like the book. I skipped through most of the dialogue and never really got engaged. I wish I could return the book now. Not interested in the storyline at all.
